1.  How do I place orders?

2. Wholesale policy
 To qualify for wholesale pricing,
Wholesale  price:  Minimum order of 3 pieces or more
Note:  Any color of Any design will do
Special price for small businesses 
Min order of 30 pieces and above to enjoy further discounts. This is due to the fact that we have direct links with the manufacturer and we are able to pass the cost savings to you.

3. Exchange policy
     Items sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged except for serious defects. We will inspect 
     your items and make sure they are in good condition before maiing out. Postage charges for 
     all exchanges are to be borne by buyer. In very rare cases would there be serious defects that  
     are undetected by our checks. Comments from past customers about quality have been very 
     encouraging so you do not need to worry about quality. You might come across other websites 
     which are selling similar pictures , however the quality are the not same as we have our own 
     manufacturers who are very reputable.

     Note : below reasons are not considered as serious defects and    
     thus cannot qualify for exchange or refund.
 
     a. Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;

     b. Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other minor physical differences),   
         thread, fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams which   
         can be hand-stitched.
 
     c. Button loss (replacement of buttons will be sent to you, in the event that the same button 
         is not available, we will send a full set of replacement buttons which will match your    
         clothing);
 
     d. Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will
         not be covered;
 
     e. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different  
         sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase);
 
     f. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
 
     g. Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.

      4. What are the procedures to take when requesting for exchange/refund?
     All request for defective exchanges must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective 
     area and sent to us within 3 days upon receiving the items. Request for exchange       
     will not be entertained thereafter.
     
5. What do I do after I have sent my orders to kawaii-jp? 
Within 24hrs, our customer service officer will handle your order list and reply to you. An confirmation email will be sent to you, showing the calculated total amount and other details. 
Note: After customers make payment, it is non-refundable.

6.  How long do I need to wait to goods by delivery? 
For goods that are in stock
Deliver by post once payment is received, goods will be sent 1-3 days after we receive your payment. It will take another 1-2 days for the parcel to arrive at your home
(in the event of public holidays and weekends, it might take longer)
For goods that are not in stock
For pre-order items it will take about 1—2 weeks. 

7. Other than stated prices in the websites are there any 
	other charges?
Absolutely no charges other than delivery charges. Note that the prices stated for all items are before any sales promotions!

8. If the item doesn’t suits me can I ask for a refund?
No, once goods are sold is non-refundable. Exchange can only be allowed within 3 days upon receiving goods unless item delivered is the wrong design or it is damaged but goods will be strictly check before sending out items this is to make sure the condition of the item is good. 

9. Can I pay the balance after receiving my goods?
No, this is to prevent financial disputes from arising and make the experience an enjoyable one for all customers.
